What’s the difference between unexplained infertility and secondary infertility?

Infertility

Unexplained infertility refers to difficulty in conceiving despite normal fertility test results after a year of trying. Secondary infertility occurs when a couple who has previously conceived struggles to get pregnant again. It can result from age, medical conditions, or male factor infertility.
