IUI (Intrauterine Insemination)

A simple first-line treatment. Prepared sperm is placed directly into the uterus at ovulation. Suited for mild male infertility, unexplained infertility, or couples trying their first assisted treatment.

IVF (In Vitro Fertilisation)

Eggs are retrieved and fertilised with sperm in our IVF lab, and the strongest embryo is transferred to the uterus. Suited for blocked tubes, low ovarian reserve, endometriosis, and unexplained infertility. IVF cost at Ferty9 Hyderabad: ₹1,50,000 – ₹2,00,000 per cycle, including ICSI if needed. 

ICSI (Intracytoplasmic Sperm Injection)

A single selected sperm is injected directly into an egg. Used when sperm count or quality is poor, or when standard IVF has not resulted in fertilisation.

PICSI (Physiological ICSI)

Selects sperm based on biological maturity before injection, reducing chromosomal risk in the embryo. Recommended after repeated IVF/ICSI failures or high DNA fragmentation.

Blastocyst Culture

Embryos cultured for 5–6 days (vs standard 2–3) to identify the strongest before transfer. Improves implantation rates.

Genetic Programme (PGT)

Embryos tested for chromosomal abnormalities before transfer. Reduces risk of failed implantation, miscarriage, and inherited conditions. Includes PGT-A, PGT-M, and PGT-SR.

Fertility Preservation

Egg, sperm, or embryo freezing for future use. Recommended before cancer treatment, for women under 35 who want to preserve options, or after an IVF cycle with surplus embryos. Freezing cost: approx. ₹25,000 per straw per year.
