How does sleep quality impact testosterone?

Sleep and testosterone production are closely intertwined. A study suggests that regularly not getting enough sleep can cause a young man’s testosterone to drop as much as it would if he were 10 to 15 years old. Lack of enough sleep can reduce testosterone levels by 10-15%. It can also increase cortisol levels and reduce testosterone secretion in your body.
