She has played pivotal roles in various healthcare investments, spanning healthcare delivery and pharmaceuticals. Before joining Verlinvest, Shagun worked at TA Associates in Mumbai, focusing on growth equity investments in India's consumer, healthcare, and financial services sectors. Her earlier experience includes working as an investment banker at Nomura in Mumbai, where she advised Indian clients on M&A and capital market transactions. Shagun holds a Master's Degree in Economics from the Delhi School of Economics, University of Delhi, and a Bachelor's in Economics from Lady Shri Ram College, University of Delhi.
